These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UCPStorefront.ai ("the Service"), operated by Beecommerce sp. z o.o. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Beta program
UCPStorefront.ai is currently in closed beta. Access is granted to selected partners. The Service is provided "as is" during the beta period without warranties of any kind.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service
- Submit false or misleading information
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
3. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and code on this website are property of Beecommerce sp. z o.o. unless otherwise stated. The Universal Commerce Protocol is an open standard — see the UCP specification for licensing details.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beecommerce sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
